Lots of Africans don't get much water per day. Generating power for a single light bulb for 6 hours from a whole day of urine production, uh, well... The cost of the generator probably exceeds the annual incomes of the 4 families, plus the cost of the hydrogen-tight fittings needed to prevent an explosion, and the compressor.
