Lost one of my best friends on the 1st of July. She also commited suicide. Life for her was too much. Life for me is GREAT. Just a shame she didn't feel the same about life. That is just the thing about life/being. It is not good nor bad, but both, just in cycles.

JJ

PS. One of the things that turned me away from religion in general and Christianity in particular was the realization that those who scream the loudest about religion (I'm thinking about the Jerry Falwells and Pat Robertsons of the world) often act in ways that are inconsistant with the teachings of the religion they're trying to shove down our throats. It's as if they need all of us to accept their beliefs so they don't have any rteminders of their own doubts.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16327517.post-1153825724248877102006-07-25T11:08:00.000+00:002006-07-25T11:08:00.000+00:00Absolutely. And kind of easy to prove too, by observing how often we assert those beliefs for which the circumstantial proof is overwhelming.

For example: "I am subject to gravity!"Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
